To work together across G.P. surgeries and Network teams within the Lytham St Annes area, for the benefit of patients and the wider community.

We will collaborate to provide excellent care and support for patients and practices, helping them access and navigate to the most appropriate healthcare to meet their individual needs.

We also aim to create an environment that supports and develops our staff, enabling them to be professionally content in their role to improve the health and wellbeing of the community.
